This may include email, name, login method, billing records, task inputs and outputs, request logs, IP address, user agent, and security audit events.
We use this information to provide the API platform, authenticate requests, process billing, run model tasks, troubleshoot failures, protect accounts, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
Text, images, videos, parameters, and generated outputs submitted to models are used to complete the requested task, display results, calculate usage, and support retry or debugging workflows. We do not use private task content for unrelated purposes except as needed to provide the service, protect the platform, or comply with law.
We use necessary cookies for sessions, CSRF protection, language preferences, and security checks. Some login, registration, and sensitive actions may require verification codes, Turnstile, or email step-up verification.
The platform may use Cloudflare, PostgreSQL/Hyperdrive, R2, Airwallex, MailerSend, Google OAuth, MindVideo SSO, and upstream model providers to process data required for platform functionality.
Account, billing, audit, task, and security records are retained as needed to provide the service, reconcile payments, resolve disputes, investigate security issues, and meet legal requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
